All you need to know about Gully Cricket League

For the kids who spent their evenings on the streets playing cricket instead of Instagramming, Snapchatting and making TikTok videos. Flash Events organized a sports event called Gully Cricket League to commemorate the dying street culture of Cricket in the city.
The Delhi-based Event company planned to make it big in their league by organizing a first-ever Cricket League in the Madangir area of Delhi. As per schedule, there would be a series of matches played between four teams on 19th September 2019, Thursday.
To re-establish street Cricket as a sport, there would be an eight- over cricket match between four teams of the Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media. The match would not only give chances to the young cricketers but would also be a successful team-building exercise for the institution.
Community building is an essential part of any organization. Thus, this league would be considered as an opportunity for emerging brands to collaborate as sponsors and build a whole new sports-loving community.
As per guidelines of Gully Cricket League, every student who is a part of Madhubala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media is allowed to register themselves for this event. Appointment of captains and their teams will be done on a random basis. Thus, there would be a chance that you'll be playing with someone you don't like a lot.
There will be around 36 players which would be divided into 4 teams, those four teams will be named after the professors of the college, as a sign of tribute. The champions of the league will lift the trophy while there would be separate awards for exceptional performers.
Violation of the guidelines will result in different kinds of penalties for the individual players as well as teams. To witness this majestic cricket match, one must register themselves before the deadline. The registration would be closed by 17th September 2019, Tuesday.
